Dr. Wherry continues major efforts in transcriptional profiling, genomics and computational biology as well as focusing on foundational approaches for the laboratory including multiparameter flow cytometry and host-pathogen interaction models. The lab also extends major observations in multiple animal models to humans including recent work on the combinatorial effects of radiation and checkpoint blockade.
