The Pre-Residency Fellowship in Skin of Color Program is a research and mentorship opportunity for fourth-year medical students who are underrepresented minorities in medicine (URiM).<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ogunleye earned her BS at the University of Pittsburgh and her MD at the University of Pennsylvania. She interned at Albert Einstein Medical Center and completed her Dermatology residency at the University of Michigan Hospital System. After completing her Clinical-Educator fellowship research at Penn, she became an Assistant Professor and is now an Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology. Dr. Ogunleye leads numerous initiatives focused on encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare through her roles as the Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Director of the Penn URiM Visiting Clerkship Program, and the Associate Director of the Pre-Residency Fellowship in Skin of Color Program.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ogunleye is devoted to mentorship and teaching, mentoring students and faculty alike.
