About the Lab:
Dr. Sundaram’s lab uses genetic and imaging-based approaches to seek to understand how singaling controls different aspects of each cell’s unique biology. The Sundaram lab’s research utilizes the nematode C. elegans as a model system fr studying the mechanisms that build, shape and stabilize epithelial tubes.
Training Information:
The Sundaram lab has trained multiple students. Many of Dr. Sundaram’s former trainees are currently serving as faculty at universities across the US. Other alumni have pursued successful research careers both at home and abroad, in the academic and private sectors.
