Our residents are encouraged to travel broadly and explore dermatology both within the US (at other programs & in underserved areas) and abroad. We have long-standing relationships with hospitals in Botswana and Guatemala, with residents going to both countries annually, and an exchange program with Keio University in Japan, with the potential for a senior resident to rotate there regularly. In recent years we have had residents travel to multiple other sites, as highlighted on the map below, during their training.
