MEETING REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INFORMATION

  • The meeting is free for all SBDRC members, but advanced registration is required
  • Abstract submission from all SBDRC members and Dermatology Trainees are encouraged
  • Important dates:
    • Abstract Submission: Deadline is Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 11:59PM EST
    • Abstract Outcome: Applicants will be notified near the end of February 
    • Meeting Registration: Deadline is Friday, March 6, 2026 at 11:59PM EST

 

POSTER AND TALK DETAILS

  • Poster Presentations
    • All posters must fit on a display board that is 5 feet horizontal by 3 feet vertical; pins will be provided
    • Recommendations for poster printing can be found on the Penn Dermatology Training Website
    • Registration and poster set-up is from 8-8:30am; posters must be removed by the end of the trainee session at 4:00pm
    • Additional details will be sent to all poster presenters
  • Talks
    • By invitation only
    • Talks are 10-12 mins, with 2-3 min for Q&A
    • Talks will be given in-person and available to remote meeting attendees via zoom
    • Proper disclosures and citing of funding should be included
